We develop leaders and teams and map your company's culture so that its values turn into everyday behavior.

These are the problems we hear most often from leaders and teams. All of them involve people, and all of them can be worked on with a method.
See our solutionsEach program is designed around where the company is right now. They often work together: the mapping shows where to act, and the Leadership School and team work put it into practice.

I am passionate about people and about how development tools make a difference in the lives of leaders and their teams. Hi, I'm Paula Alexandrisky, a specialist in organizational culture and leadership development. Knowing yourself, and knowing how people and profiles work, makes all the difference in your leadership, bringing more performance, results and engagement. I founded Ativme Consulting, a company that specializes in culture mapping and in developing leaders and teams, with practical tools that make a real difference in a leader's performance once they are put to use. Our methodology has been tested and proven, and the tools we use connect with the main certifications on the market. The way we run the work, with kindness and more human relationships and management, ends up modeling the kind of leader the world needs today. The program follows a leadership development path in stages. The first is self-knowledge: only those who lead themselves can lead others. Next comes effective, human communication focused on results. Then leading by example: it is not enough to be, you also have to be seen to be. That is how leaders build themselves and become an inspiration to their teams. Last comes the leader who develops leaders, the peak of leadership, when they are ready to develop the people who will succeed them and take on leadership roles in the company. This brings maturity to the leader, the team and everyone around them, all the way to the client, based on an understanding of the organizational culture. If you believe Ativme can support you, talk to one of our specialists and let's build a solution for your company together.

It helps a company understand how its values show up, or fail to show up, in everyday behavior. At Ativme, culture mapping compares the desired culture with the culture people actually live and shows where messaging, behavior and management need to align. The findings guide how leaders and teams are developed.
The path has 40 hours of content. Sessions can be scheduled in whatever way works best for the company: weekdays, weekends, afternoons or full days.
